Why the label can be confusing
CIMB describes DuitNow Online Banking/Wallets as a newer real-time service superseding FPX Online Banking for merchants that enable the app-to-app transaction. That does not mean every merchant has moved, every cashier label is accurate, or either method supports withdrawals.
Which should a comparison site prefer?
The site should not pick a winner without platform-level evidence. It should compare availability, user journey, limits, status receipts, support response and the actual withdrawal route. Convenience is not proof of legality, safety or provider endorsement.
