What “cuci” means — and what it does not
In Malaysian online-gaming conversation, cuci is shorthand for withdrawing winnings from a platform balance to your own bank account or eWallet. You will see it in phrases like “min cuci RM50”, “bila boleh cuci” and “cuci dah masuk”. The formal equivalents are withdrawal in English and pengeluaran in Bahasa Malaysia.
One collocation deserves a clear warning. “Cuci duit” in ordinary Malaysian usage means money laundering, which is a criminal matter and has nothing to do with a normal payout request. This site uses “cuci” only in its player-slang sense of a withdrawal, and uses the formal words in every label, table and record.
| Slang you will see | What it usually means | Formal term we use |
|---|---|---|
| Cuci | Withdraw winnings to your own account | Withdrawal / pengeluaran |
| Min cuci RM50 | Operator’s stated minimum withdrawal amount | Minimum withdrawal (operator-stated) |
| Boleh cuci / bila boleh cuci | Whether bonus conditions are cleared yet | Withdrawal eligibility |
| Tak boleh cuci | Balance is locked by wagering conditions | Outstanding turnover requirement |
| Cuci laju / cuci cepat | A claim about payout speed | Claimed processing time (unverified) |
| Bank in / topup | Paying money into the platform | Deposit |
| Cuci tak masuk | Payout not received yet | Withdrawal not credited |
| Cuci duit | ⚠️ Money laundering in ordinary usage | Not used as a payment term on this site |
A cuci is not one event — it is four clocks in sequence
Most disputes about “slow cuci” come from treating a withdrawal as a single instant action. In practice a payout passes through separate stages owned by different parties, and each has its own timing and failure modes. A platform can only control the first two.
| Stage | Who controls it | What can delay it | What to record |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Request review | The platform | Bonus/turnover checks, manual approval queues, promotion audits, peak hours | Request time, status wording, reference number |
| 2. KYC / account checks | The platform | First withdrawal, name mismatch, document re-upload, changed payout account | What was requested, when it was submitted, when it cleared |
| 3. Payment rail | Bank / PayNet / wallet provider | Instant vs batch (IBG) routing, cut-off times, weekends, maintenance windows | Rail named in the cashier and any transaction reference |
| 4. Recipient posting | Your bank or eWallet | Wallet balance caps, unverified wallet tiers, account restrictions | Balance before/after, timestamp of credit |
Pick the page that matches how you want to be paid
Each method page records the same fields — route, limits, fees, timing, KYC, evidence and last-checked date — so claims can be compared instead of trusted.
- TNG cuci — Touch ’n Go eWallet: wallet tiers, balance caps and what the provider’s own terms say.
- DuitNow cuci — DuitNow Transfer: DuitNow ID linkage, beneficiary-name confirmation, fees.
- Cuci bank — bank transfer: instant vs IBG batch crediting, cut-off times, and why FPX is a checkout rail.
- eWallet cuci — Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay and MAE: receiving capacity and provider terms.
Before any rail is involved: can you cuci at all?
Two operator-side rules decide whether a payout request is even accepted, and both are separate from the payment method. The first is outstanding turnover (also written TO or rollover) attached to a bonus. The second is the operator’s stated minimum withdrawal, plus any maximum-withdrawal cap on the promotion you accepted.
- Cuci turnover — how to read multipliers, eligible games, contribution rates and bonus caps.
- Minimum cuci — operator-stated minimum withdrawals for the four listed platforms, dated and sourced.
- Cuci cepat — what a payout-speed claim needs before it deserves any weight.
- Cuci tak masuk — an ordered trace when a payout has not arrived.
