Minimum Cuci: Stated Minimum Withdrawals, Recorded and Dated

“Min cuci RM50” appears in Malaysian promotion copy constantly. It is an operator rule, not a payment-network rule — and it is only one of three limits that decide whether your payout goes through.

Evidence status: Figures below were visible on publicly accessible operator material and are labelled operator-stated, last checked 8 September 2026. They have not been confirmed in a logged-in cashier and are not independently transaction-tested.

A minimum cuci is the platform’s rule, not the bank’s

Payment rails have their own parameters — PayNet publishes an FPX personal payment range of RM1 to RM30,000, for instance — but a minimum withdrawal is set by the platform. That is why the number changes between platforms while the payment rail stays the same, and why quoting a rail limit tells you nothing about whether an RM30 payout will be accepted.

Three numbers people confuse — and a fourth that catches everyone

A promotion cap is the quiet one. You can meet turnover, clear the minimum, and still be limited to a stated maximum from that bonus. Read it before accepting, not after winning.

LimitWhat it governsWhere to find it
Minimum depositThe smallest amount you can pay inCashier deposit screen
Minimum bonus-eligible depositThe smallest deposit that qualifies for a promotion — often higherPromotion terms, not the deposit screen
Minimum withdrawalThe smallest payout the platform will processCashier withdrawal screen or terms
Maximum withdrawal from a promotionA cap on what a bonus-linked balance can pay outPromotion terms — the one most often missed

Why a small cuci gets rejected

  • The amount is below the stated minimum for that method — minimums can differ per payment route.
  • Turnover is incomplete, so the balance is not withdrawable regardless of size.
  • A promotion cap limits the payout from that bonus.
  • A per-day request limit has already been used.
  • Your wallet tier or receiving account cannot accept the transfer — see TNG cuci.
  • A fee would take the net amount below the minimum.
  • The name does not match between platform and payout account.

Panduan Bahasa Malaysia: minimum cuci

Frequently asked questions · Soalan lazim

Why is the minimum withdrawal higher than the minimum deposit?

Deposits and payouts have different processing costs and risk controls for an operator. Both figures should be recorded separately, with the date they were seen.

Are these figures verified?

No. They were visible on publicly accessible operator material and are labelled operator-stated as of 8 September 2026. Logged-in cashier evidence and complete terms are still being obtained.
