Three different things get called “TNG cuci”
Before judging speed, identify the route. A payout described as “TNG” can arrive by very different mechanics, and each one fails for different reasons.
| Route | How it works | Main failure points |
|---|---|---|
| DuitNow Transfer to a wallet DuitNow ID | The payout is sent over DuitNow to a mobile number linked as your DuitNow ID | DuitNow ID linked to a bank instead of the wallet; name mismatch; wallet cap reached |
| Direct wallet payout by the platform | The platform states it pays out into a named eWallet | Availability changes without notice; often deposit-only in practice; confirm in the cashier |
| Third-party or agent top-up | A person or intermediary transfers into your wallet | No auditable payment record, no provider protection, high dispute risk — we do not treat this as a payment method |
Your wallet tier decides whether the money can even land
Touch ’n Go publishes eWallet limits by account type. If a payout exceeds your balance cap or monthly limit, the transfer can be rejected regardless of what the platform did on its side. This is the most commonly missed reason a small “cuci” fails.
- Check your tier and remaining monthly headroom before requesting a large payout.
- A payout that would push the wallet above its balance cap can be rejected or held.
- Wallet name and platform account name should match; mismatches are a routine rejection reason.
- Limits are quoted from provider documentation as of 8 September 2026 and can change — always confirm in the app.
| Account type | Balance cap | Monthly limit | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | RM200 | RM2,000 | Cannot transfer out — verify the account before expecting payouts |
| UNHCR / Tourist | RM5,000 | RM5,000 | Restricted profile; check eligibility for incoming transfers |
| Premium (verified) | RM20,000 | RM120,000 | Full-verification tier with the highest published capacity |
What Touch ’n Go’s own terms say — and what we will not claim
Touch ’n Go’s published DuitNow QR merchant agreement lists illegal gambling and betting among prohibited business activities for merchants using the service. That is a merchant-side rule, and it is the reason this site will never describe any platform as “TNG-approved”, treat a wallet logo as authorisation, or publish a workaround.
What we can do is record neutrally: what the cashier displays, on what date, and whether a payout route was actually available at that time.
TNG cuci checklist
- Open the withdrawal (not deposit) section of the cashier and note the exact method label.
- Confirm whether the destination is a wallet DuitNow ID or a bank account.
- Check your wallet tier, balance cap and remaining monthly limit.
- Confirm the registered name matches across platform, wallet and bank.
- Record the stated minimum and maximum withdrawal for that method.
- Record any fee shown at the point of request, not from an old FAQ page.
- Screenshot the request confirmation and keep the reference number.
- If nothing arrives, follow the ordered trace in Cuci tak masuk.

Had akaun anda penting.
